By accessing or playing Pizza Empire, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Pizza Empire is a free-to-play idle clicker game developed and published by Bando Corp. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the game or this website.

Pizza Empire is provided free of charge via Steam. You must comply with Steam's Subscriber Agreement to access the game. You agree not to:

— Cheat, hack, or exploit bugs to gain unfair advantages
— Modify game files or save data to manipulate leaderboard scores
— Use automated tools or bots to play the game
— Harass or abuse other players in community spaces

Pizza Empire features global leaderboards powered by Steam. Save files are stored locally on your device. Bando Corp reserves the right to remove scores that are determined to be fraudulent, obtained through cheating, or otherwise in violation of these terms.

Pizza Empire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bando Corp does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The game may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bando Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pizza Empire or this website.
